The Akhisar Plant, which produced its first panel in 2012, manufactures particleboard, laminated particleboard, painted panels (particleboard), and adhesive on a 314,934 m² site with a production capacity of 2,000 m³ per day.

Our Akhisar Plant, which adopts the principle of environmental sensitivity in production, is equipped with an electrostatic filter and a wastewater treatment unit. Furthermore, raw wood waste derived from the wood used as the primary production material, which is not utilized in the main process, is used as fuel in an 86.4 GJ capacity energy boiler. This process aligns with the sustainability approach and contributes to energy savings. The plant also has a rooftop solar power plant with an installed capacity of 18 GJ.
Considering its investments and employment contributions, the Akhisar Plant was deemed worthy of the "Those Who Add Value to Akhisar/Investment and Employment Award" by the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) in 2011. In 2018, the plant earned the ISO Large Enterprise Environmentally Friendly Application Project Jury Special Award in the scope of Substance Flow Management in Wood Industry Production. In 2023, 26,463.6 GJ of energy was generated from the rooftop Solar Power Plant (GES) at the Akhisar Plant.
