Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data stipulates that the individuals whose data will be processed must be informed prior to the data processing activity. This obligation, referred to as the Obligation to Inform, is specified in Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law: “The data controller or the person authorized by the data controller is obliged to inform the data subjects about the identity of the data controller and, if applicable, their representative, the purposes of processing personal data, the recipients to whom the personal data will be transferred and the purpose of such transfer, the method of collecting personal data, the legal basis for processing, and other rights listed in Article 11.”

- To object to the processing of personal data that leads to an unfavorable result for the person through exclusively automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Your requests will be responded to by YILDIZ ENTEGRE AĞAÇ SANAYİ as quickly as possible, and at the latest, within thirty days. Applications must be made by the data subject themselves.
