With its six integrated units, the Başiskele Plant is Turkey's largest Adhesive Production Complex. On a site of 54,063 m² and with an annual production capacity of 241,000 tons, the plant produces Formaldehyde, Urea Formaldehyde Concentrate (UFC), Water-Based Urea Formaldehyde Adhesive, Urea Formaldehyde Resin, and Melamine Formaldehyde Resin.
In line with Yıldız Entegre's continuous and sustainable growth strategy, the Başiskele Plant is Turkey's largest adhesive manufacturer. Through capacity increase projects in 2000, 2004, 2005, and 2010, which added a total of 40,000 tons/year, and the addition of a new unit in 2011 with a 50,000 tons/year capacity, the plant now operates five formaldehyde units.
