The Kartepe Plant is a central link in the production chain that delivers Yıldız Entegre brands to the world.
Producing the globally recognized Yıldız Entegre brands, the Kartepe Plant is the largest MDF complex under a single roof in the world.
The plant, located on a 376,564 m² site with a production capacity of 4,200 m³/day, manufactures MDF, laminated MDF (MDFlam), laminate flooring, painted panels (MDF), door panels, lacquered panels, MDF doors, door panels, and impregnated paper.

The facility houses a Cogeneration Unit consisting of a 56.52 GJ gas turbine.
As a result of total quality initiatives that began in 2013, the principles of 5S, Quality Circles, SMED, and TPM have been implemented.
All production processes are conducted in accordance with TSE (Turkish Standards Institution) Standards.
SAP system solutions are actively implemented in all processes.
