Yıldız Entegre, which continues its investments unabated with the goal of becoming a global player, expanded its overseas operations to Slovenia in 2018, following its initial move into the United States in 2011.
By acquiring Slovenia's longest-standing and only particleboard production facility in the wood products sector, Yıldız Entegre strengthened its presence in this market. As of today, it also holds the title of being the country's sole particleboard producer.
Following the acquisition, the facility began operations under the name Yıldız Entegre Adria. With a total modernization and capacity increase investment of 45 million Euros, the plant will achieve an annual production capacity of 490,000 cubic meters.
Products manufactured at the Yıldız Entegre Adria plant will be exported to the Slovenian market, as well as to Italy, the Balkans, and North African countries.
